About the position

The position of CFO at B2B CFO & B2B EXIT is designed for experienced financial professionals who are entrepreneurial and driven. This role involves providing strategic business advisory services to business owners, particularly in the buying and selling of privately held companies. The CFO will leverage the company's established brand to build a successful consulting practice, focusing on enhancing cash flow, securing financing, and preparing businesses for sale.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business advisory services to business owners.
  • Guide clients in the buying and selling of privately held companies.
  • Help business owners increase cash flow and secure bank loans.
  • Prepare businesses for future sales and ensure sustained profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years as a CFO or equivalent role in privately held companies in the USA.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience since college graduation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Possession of Series 7 and/or 79 license.
