About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the company. This senior-level position involves collaboration with the CEO and executive team to drive financial growth and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and management, with a focus on strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Manage investor relations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive cost optimization and identify areas for financial improvement.
• Work closely with department heads to develop financial plans and assess company performance.

Requirements

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and financial analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a strong track record in financial planning and strategy development.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
