The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in the financial management of a leading fashion company based in New York. This executive position is responsible for directing all finance, accounting, and reporting activities within the organization. The CFO will lead the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring that all financial practices align with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee the financial health of the company while also managing the accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit functions. This role also involves analyzing and negotiating contracts, including licenses, bank contracts, and import services. The CFO will report financial forecasting and projections to shareholders on a monthly basis and participate in various special projects, compiling reports as needed.
