Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial operations of Knapp Medical Center.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support hospital growth and improvement.
  • Lead revenue cycle management and expense control initiatives.

Requirements

  • CFO experience in an acute healthcare setting required.
  • Experience with a 100 - 200 bed acute care facility is essential.
  • Strong understanding of billing and collections processes.
  • Working knowledge of Central Billing Offices (CBOs).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; CPA certification is preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Acute Care Hospital finance.
