About the position

PTW is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team in Medford, Oregon. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping the financial strategy of the company, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring financial stability. This role requires a proven track record in managing complex financial operations for international companies and preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with PTW's objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support executive decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage financial operations across international markets, including currency exchange and taxation.
  • Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead all financial aspects of IPO preparation, including planning and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders, providing transparency on financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Successful track record of leading companies through IPOs and managing public company finances.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with financial software and modelling tools and data analytics platforms.

  • Experience in the gaming industry or related sectors is a plus.
