About the position
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for National Accounts at TriMark USA is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position involves leading a dynamic finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and shaping key decision-making processes to drive the financial success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership in the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational and regional goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape and implement the financial strategy at the regional and organizational levels.
- Lead and guide the finance teams across multiple regions, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
- Oversee regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
- Present financial results and insights to executive leadership and the board in a clear, influential, and actionable manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements within financial operations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability across regions.
- Drive changes to optimize workflows and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing mentorship, professional development opportunities, and strategic guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring financial alignment with organizational and regional objectives.
- Conduct advanced ad-hoc financial analyses, providing critical insights for strategic initiatives and projects at the executive level.
- Lead financial aspects of key projects, contributing to successful project outcomes across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, including executive-level positions.
- Proven track record of strategic financial management, with a deep understanding of financial dynamics, regional complexities, and a global perspective.
- Exceptional skills in financial modeling, data analytics tools, and ERP systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives.
- Team management and leadership experience.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
