The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ARRMC and AACH is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the financial operations and strategic initiatives of the health system. This role encompasses management of materials, budgeting, and decision support to ensure financial efficiency, strategic growth, and sustainability. The CFO will collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) CFO to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the health system's goals and objectives. This position is based in a healthcare setting and may require occasional travel to various locations within the health system. The role requires the ability to work in a standard office environment, with occasional long hours and the need to meet tight deadlines. In this capacity, the CFO will lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making, develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to project the health system's performance, and ensure that the financial operations are aligned with the overall mission of the organization. The CFO will also be responsible for fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the finance team, ensuring that all financial strategies are effectively communicated and implemented across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive organizational growth and efficiency, along with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities are essential, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance, including regulatory and compliance requirements, is crucial for success in this role.
