About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Open Learning will provide financial leadership and strategic direction, overseeing the financial operations of the unit. This role involves developing financial strategies, monitoring control systems, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The CFO will collaborate with various stakeholders to align financial plans with institutional goals and lead the budgeting process for Open Learning's units.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and decision support for Open Learning.
• Develop and implement financial and operational strategies and associated metrics.
• Monitor and report on financial results and control systems.
• Lead the development of annual and multi-year budgets for Open Learning's units.
• Collaborate with academic deans, faculty, and department heads to ensure alignment with institutional priorities.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of financial management experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Benefits
