About the position

The Chief Financial Officer - Standard Lines will oversee the financial operations of the property & casualty businesses, focusing on both personal and commercial lines. The CFO will collaborate with senior management to enhance financial performance and support growth objectives, while also monitoring financial performance drivers and improving financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations of Standard Lines portfolio.
• Ensure financial health and stability of personal and commercial lines.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Drive financial performance and support growth and profitability objectives.
• Monitor financial performance drivers and deliver value-added service to business leadership.
• Support execution of multi-year strategic plans and continuous process improvement.
• Enhance financial reporting and analysis processes.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to the President of Standard Lines.
