About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial strategy and operations of a healthcare organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role involves collaborating with the CEO and executive team to make critical financial decisions, ensuring compliance, and managing financial reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks

Requirements

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• Healthcare experience
• 7 - 10 years of finance experience
• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
