About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at FCC Cabinets will lead the financial strategy and operations of the company, focusing on enhancing financial reporting systems and driving cost efficiency. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive individual with expertise in manufacturing finance to bring structure, strategic vision, and innovation to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow, optimize accounts receivable/payable, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Enhance financial reporting and manage ERP systems.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Identify growth opportunities through strategic investments.
• Implement risk management strategies to address financial, market, and operational risks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Engage with banks, legal advisors, and key partners to support strategic objectives and maintain strong external relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field; a graduate degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Accounting) is preferred.
• Proven financial leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in cost accounting and production efficiencies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in ERP management and driving financial efficiency improvements.
• High ethical standards with a commitment to transparent communication and a results-driven leadership style.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
