Requirements

• Master's Degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of health care executive experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of hospital operations.
• Extensive knowledge of the health care environment.
• Knowledge of the Health Planning process.
• Ability to direct and motivate employees.
• Ability to plan for and allocate resources, including financial, personnel, and space.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in written form.
• CPA preferred.
