About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the finance function of a growing hospital system in the bi-state area of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This role is crucial for providing strategic financial guidance and support to the operations team, ensuring alignment with the hospital's business objectives and financial goals. The CFO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be a key member of the executive leadership team, fostering teamwork and driving business initiatives while collaborating with the Board of Trustees.
