About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the finance function of a growing hospital system in the Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. This role involves providing strategic financial guidance, fostering teamwork, and supporting operational objectives. The CFO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the Board of Trustees to drive business strategy and initiatives.
