About the position

The position is responsible for providing executive-level financial leadership and oversight to support the strategic planning and execution necessary for achieving the company's growth goals and objectives. This role involves managing the company's financial, accounting, and audit functions, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will serve as a trusted resource to the executive team, assisting in financial planning and decision-making while fostering relationships with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level financial leadership and oversight to support strategic planning and execution.
• Develop, implement, and oversee financial strategies, plans, and budgets to achieve company goals.
• Assist leadership with financial planning and decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and management.
• Direct recruitment, development, and retention of staff in accordance with budgetary objectives.
• Manage and oversee company finances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Report and forecast revenue and expenses, reviewing financial reports and statements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce expenditure and optimize company resources.
• Advise management on financial planning based on company objectives and budgets.
• Direct activities associated with the security and investment of the organization's assets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banking, insurance, and external accounting entities.
• Participate in identifying and selecting companies for acquisition or partnership.
• Formulate and manage financial policies and procedures.
• Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in a business financial leadership position.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, and treasury management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and delivery skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in business processing solutions, subscription management, and order fulfillment.
• General understanding of information systems and/or data processing.
