About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at High Plains Community Health Center (HPCHC) is a key leadership role responsible for guiding the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization. The CFO will oversee financial planning, operations, IT, and facilities management, collaborating closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic goals and initiatives that support the mission of providing exceptional care to the community.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations and strategic planning
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Oversee IT and facilities management
• Drive revenue optimization and cost containment strategies
• Participate in Board and leadership meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of senior financial management experience
• Prior experience in healthcare, especially FQHC or critical access hospitals
