About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in the executive team of an electrical products manufacturer, overseeing the company's financial health and strategy. This hands-on position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in financial management, risk assessment, and driving business growth. The CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leaders to enhance financial performance and manage risks while leading a team focused on accounting.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA and/or CPA licensure preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance.
• At least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Experience in financial management, corporate finance, and financial modeling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong ERP and accounting software skills.
