As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all financial decisions and processes align with our mission to provide high-quality integrated health care to individuals and families in Western Massachusetts. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding the Finance and Billing departments, preparing and monitoring the organization’s annual operating budget, and managing cash flow effectively. In this highly visible role, you will be expected to demonstrate a steadfast yet flexible approach to decision-making, balancing fiscal responsibility with a vision for growth and expansion. You will be a key member of the Senior Management team, contributing to organizational strategic planning and site expansion implementation.
