About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the World Resources Institute (WRI) is a key executive role responsible for overseeing the organization's financial management strategy. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of WRI's operations globally, reporting directly to the CEO & President and collaborating closely with the Managing Director for Global Delivery. The CFO will lead the development and implementation of global financial systems, policies, and procedures, while also identifying strategic resource needs and supporting financial growth during a pivotal period for the organization.

  • Develop and implement global financial systems, policies, and procedures.
