About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Youth In Need is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, guiding financial strategy, maintaining fiscal stability, and managing technology and telecommunications. This role works closely with the CEO, Executive Management Team, and Board of Directors to support the organization's strategic goals and vision, while also leading the accounting department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related areas.
• 10+ years of experience in cost accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in senior financial managerial roles.
• Experience with external auditors and compliance.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
