About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the financial operations of a $4 billion regional Midwest bank, focusing on budgeting, tax planning, and asset management. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and the sound investment of resources, while also overseeing the accounting and finance teams and establishing internal controls. The CFO will collaborate with the board and regulatory agencies on strategic initiatives and maintain engagement with industry trends and community organizations.

Requirements
