About the position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and management, working closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance, support the firm's growth, and ensure the efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities

• Implement financial strategies that align with the firm's short and long-term goals
• Leverage financial experience and insight to support decision-making
• Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with objectives
• Evaluate the firm's expenses and develop strategies to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality or service
• Evaluate and provide financial analysis on various business opportunities, including strategic partnerships

Requirements

• Strong experience in financial management, with a proven track record in strategy development and execution
• Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
