The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic financial leadership, driving AI-driven financial innovation, and ensuring financial stewardship and compliance. They will manage risks effectively while fostering stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships. The CFO will also focus on delivering data-driven insights and reporting, overseeing financial operations, and integrating financial management across multiple channels, particularly in e-commerce and retail. This is a hybrid role, requiring the candidate to be in the office up to three days a week, and applicants must reside within 60 miles of Hopewell Junction, NY. The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior financial role.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in using Sage Intacct is mandatory.
• Master's degree or higher in a related field is preferable.
• Extensive experience in leading finance functions within a tech-centric environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, emphasizing customer experience and personalized services.
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup setting is highly advantageous.
• Proven capability to narrate stories with financial data and formulate executive-level presentations.
