This position requires a trusted partnership with the CEO, Executive Management Team, and Board of Directors to align financial resources with strategic priorities and drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency's $97 million annual operating budget.
• Direct the financial services and fiscal operations of the organization.
• Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer and Treasurer.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to support the agency's mission and objectives.
• Partner with external auditors and manage banking relations.
• Implement financial best practices and leverage technology for process improvements.
• Lead and mentor the Finance Department staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

• Deep experience in nonprofit financial management.
