About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive role responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the bank. This includes capital planning, management of treasury activities, regulatory reporting, and ensuring adequate liquidity. The CFO will also facilitate risk management programs and maintain strong relationships with shareholders and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for capital planning and management.
• Direct internal, external, and regulatory reporting and communications.
• Maintain policies and procedures to ensure an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
• Oversee liquidity management and contingency funding planning.
• Facilitate preparation of interest rate risk model and asset-liability management functions.
• Perform Allowance for Credit Losses modeling and ensure sufficient reserves and support.
• Maintain shareholder relations and coordinate with registrar.
• Assess third-party risk and maintain vendor management program.
• Facilitate Enterprise Risk Management program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial management and capital planning.
• Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance.
• Experience in liquidity management and risk assessment.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
