About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Firman Solutions is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, planning, and analysis. The CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to guide financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations. This position requires a strong background in finance and management, with a focus on optimizing financial performance and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and prospects to understand their current circumstances and goals.
• Analyze the information presented by the client or prospect to determine how we may be able to help.
• Develop and present a plan to help optimize their current financial situation.
• Implement the financial plan once put into place and adjust over time as needed.
• Meet with clients regularly to monitor investments and financial planning items.

Requirements

• CFP®, Series 7 and 66 (63/65) - must be current.
• Actively licensed in AZ for Health, Life, and Disability insurance.
• 10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor.
• Clean U4 history.
• Professional presentation, pride in oneself and your work.
• Organized, detail oriented, exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Ability to make personal connections, engage and educate clients, ask open-ended questions, and have active listening skills.
