About the position

Rolling River Investments is seeking an experienced Operations and Finance leader to manage day-to-day operations and financial activities within the firm. This role focuses on debt and equity financing, establishing financial controls, and ensuring effective communication with family members, investors, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate will implement processes and policies to maintain orderly operations and provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the office.
• Oversee debt and equity financing for various investment types.
• Execute capital market transactions efficiently with minimal oversight.
• Optimize treasury management and cash flow processes.
• Ensure compliance with risk management practices and SOX regulations.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models.

Requirements

• Significant experience in debt and equity financing.
• Proven capital market transactional execution experience.
• Expertise in treasury management and cash flow optimization.
• Experience in public accounting or finance leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of risk management practices and SOX compliance.
• Ability to provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.
• Strong financial modeling experience.
