About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations of one of the nation's premier arts presenters. This position is responsible for leading the Trust through a transformative period in the post-pandemic arts landscape, ensuring robust financial planning and management while fostering financial capabilities across the organization. The CFO will oversee multiple divisions including Finance, IT, Ticketing, and Security, ensuring alignment with the Trust's mission and long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Influence daily operations and strategic financial direction of the Trust.
• Lead the organization through the evolving post-pandemic arts and culture landscape.
• Modernize and standardize financial processes and best practices.
• Cultivate and develop financial capabilities across the organization.
• Ensure robust financial planning and management aligned with long-term goals.
• Oversee the Finance, IT, Ticketing, and Security divisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in financial leadership, ideally within the nonprofit or arts sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial operations.
• Experience overseeing diverse revenue streams and implementing strategic financial plans.
• Strong change management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
