About the position

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Snohomish PUD is responsible for leading the financial health of the District. This role encompasses overseeing the finance division, which includes accounting, finance and treasury, supply chain, payroll, and customer billing. The CFO plays a critical role in financial reporting and external auditing, ensuring the organization meets its financial obligations and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the overall financial health of the District.
• Oversee the development and administration of all activities related to the finance division.
• Manage accounting, finance and treasury, supply chain, payroll, and customer billing functions.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with external auditing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Six (6) years of progressive and relevant experience in finance or accounting.
