About the position

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in financial management, strategy development, and operational efficiency within the healthcare sector. As CFO, you will play a crucial role in driving our financial strategy and will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions to support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure financial integrity and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and improve financial performance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Lead the financial planning process. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within the financial landscape. Develop creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
• Work with others including the Billing Department. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
• Extensive experience in financial management, strategy development, and operational efficiency within the healthcare sector.
