Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategic map of industries, verticals, and segments for Simplified Solutions, prioritizing based on resources.
  • Manage the customized value proposition for each partner segment, including customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead prospecting activities across the US, targeting retail, financial institutions, fintechs, and Insurtechs.
  • Manage the partnership pipeline, tracking signed deals, revenue, and negotiations.
  • Establish commercial discipline within the team, providing periodic updates and prioritization efforts.
  • Ensure Prudential's inclusion in relevant deal RFPs and solicitation processes.
  • Collaborate with Prudential's venture capital ecosystem for monetization strategies.
  • Author proposals and presentations, coordinating with contributors and stakeholders for alignment.
  • Participate in establishing partnership governance and delegated authority for nimble business development.
  • Provide feedback on Prudential's capabilities to remain competitive in partnership business.
