About the position

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Trinity Health plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping and guiding the Human Resource strategies and operations to align with the organization's goals. This position is responsible for integrating HR services across various levels of the organization, ensuring that the HR service delivery model meets the needs of the business while upholding the mission and core values of Trinity Health. The CHRO collaborates with regional leaders and HR Centers of Expertise to implement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and vision for Human Resource strategies and operations.
• Lead the implementation of an HR service delivery model that aligns with organizational goals.
• Serve as a key partner to System leaders and Regional Ministry leaders in HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Expertise in areas such as Talent Acquisition and Organizational Effectiveness.
• Foster inclusivity and collaboration within the HR team and across the organization.
• Drive change management and process improvement initiatives within the HR function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Seven years of HR experience in a Leadership or Business Partner role with expertise in Human Resources and change management.
• Advanced degree (MBA or MA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Psychology preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience in health care or faith-based health care preferred.
