Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will serve on the executive leadership team, driving the development and implementation of human capital strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and goals. The CHRO will oversee all aspects of the human resources, People and Culture function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and HR technology.
