About the position

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Gray Corporate Technology is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity across the company's portfolio of television stations. This role involves managing the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of company-wide Information Technology systems, ensuring alignment with company priorities and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of company-wide Information Technology systems.
• Oversee data networks, computers, servers, software, operating systems, databases, mobile devices, virtualization, software licensing, backups, and vendor-provided platforms.
• Align Information Technology strategy, goals, and objectives with company priorities.
• Oversee planning, organization, budgeting, and management of various IT disciplines and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry with prior supervisory duties.
• Self-motivated and able to make decisions independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently with minimal supervision.
