About the position

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Mosaic is a key executive role responsible for leading the Information Technology strategy and function within the organization. This position focuses on aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, driving innovation, and ensuring the effective implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. The CIO will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their technology needs and provide strategic guidance on technology investments.

Responsibilities

  • Provides visionary leadership to align innovation and digital transformation initiatives with business objectives
  • Identifies emerging technologies and trends that can provide strategic advantages for the organization
  • Leads the integration and alignment of the organization's technology plan into business strategy, reviews plan on scheduled cycle and makes updates as needed
  • Establishes data governance and architecture strategies, prioritizing end-user experience and organizational data fluency
  • Ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Leads efforts to modernize and streamline technology platforms to enhance performance and reduce costs
  • Leads IT risk strategy and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, to include Cybersecurity & HIPAA
  • Establishes and enforces IT policies to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
  • Champions digital innovation initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage
  • Leads the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and digital solutions that align with business objectives
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships with technology vendors, partners and service providers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
  • Master's degree in one of these fields or Business Administration preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology
  • Supervisory and management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership at the executive level
  • Healthcare experience preferred
