The successful candidate will implement and connect the necessary equipment to operate systems effectively, ensuring compliance with all credit union policies and procedures. Additionally, the CIO will foster a courteous and professional relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective member services and continuous improvement of internal processes. This role is not only about managing technology but also about leading teams in information technology and business intelligence to provide the necessary tools and information to the rest of the KCCU team.
