About the position

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at EyeCare Partners is a pivotal member of the Executive Team, responsible for the overall information technology strategy, resources, and operations. This role focuses on creating a technology vision that aligns with the business strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and satisfaction for both employees and customers. The CIO will develop an IT roadmap to support rapid growth through acquisitions and organic expansion, ensuring a modern, scalable, and cost-efficient system environment that can be quickly implemented across new locations. Additionally, the CIO will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance eye care experiences and improve market access.
