About the position

The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization by influencing both internal and external customer experiences. This position requires a strong leader with a technical background and a strategic mindset to oversee the IT department and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of all technology-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT department, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong business relationships and stakeholder trust, especially with Software, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Services.
• Influence strategy across the organization.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, data management, and technology procurement management.
• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate technology that enhances product offerings, customer experience, and internal efficiency.
• Enhance data hygiene and accessibility by improving the data warehousing strategy.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships, and stakeholder relationships.
• Own the security strategy to ensure compliance and risk management processes.

Requirements

• A track record of leading high-performing and diverse technology teams of 10+.
• A customer-first mindset and a desire to improve operational efficiency with technology.
• Experience driving successful strategic business outcomes leveraging technology.
