About the position

The Chief Lending Officer (CLO) at Orlando Credit Union is a senior executive role responsible for managing the credit union's loan portfolio across various lending sectors, including commercial, residential, small business, and consumer lending. The CLO will lead strategic initiatives, optimize lending processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations while collaborating with the executive team to drive growth and maintain credit quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the credit union's loan portfolio focusing on commercial, residential, small business, and consumer lending.
• Lead the development and implementation of lending strategies.
• Optimize lending processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive growth and maintain credit quality.
• Oversee all aspects of lending operations, including origination, underwriting, quality assurance, and product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in commercial and residential lending.
• 5 or more years in an executive leadership role.
• Experience in establishing commercial and residential lending strategies.
