About the position

The CMO will oversee the marketing team, manage budgets, and collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with the company's goals and values.

Responsibilities

• Drive company revenue through effective marketing strategies.
• Design and implement new restaurant opening campaigns.
• Build brand loyalty and oversee digital marketing efforts.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase brand awareness and media reach.
• Develop brand strategies that are experience-led without discounting.
• Coordinate local marketing efforts with operations teams.
• Create and manage social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage loyalty marketing strategies and editorial calendars.
• Oversee the creation of visual marketing assets and content.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in developing and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and activate teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of customer perception and behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build collaborative relationships.
