About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer at Vibra Healthcare is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance patient care services at Gateway Rehab. This role involves supervising the marketing and strategy team, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The CMO will work closely with hospital management and clinical teams to build relationships and maintain effective communication within the community, ultimately aiming to exceed revenue and admissions goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the hospital.
  • Supervise the marketing and strategy team, including recruitment and retention.
  • Manage client account relationships and business development plans.
  • Create quarterly and annual strategic plans to support business growth.
  • Build and maintain inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions.
  • Oversee marketing tracking systems and the intake process.
  • Facilitate community education and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Drive prospects and identify new customers and markets.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to exceed revenue, census, and admissions goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in marketing/leadership in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong background in client services and relationship management.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
