About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the marketing efforts of a prominent nursing home, focusing on enhancing brand awareness and community engagement while ensuring resident satisfaction. This role requires a visionary marketer who can develop innovative strategies to connect with families seeking quality care for their loved ones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate Evergreen Haven's presence in the senior care market.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking.
  • Create compelling campaigns that convey our commitment to personalized, high-quality care and the exceptional lifestyle our residents enjoy.
  • Build strong partnerships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential residents' families.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Oversee the creation of captivating content across various channels, from digital platforms to traditional media.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in admissions and marketing in long term care, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in healthcare, senior care, or related fields, with a deep understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Creative mindset, with the capacity to think outside the box and develop unique approaches to engaging our target audience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
