About the position

The Marketing and Strategy Manager at Vibra Healthcare is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth within the hospital. This role involves supervising the marketing team, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The position requires building and maintaining relationships with patients, families, and community partners to enhance referrals and admissions, while also overseeing marketing tracking systems and community education initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for the hospital.
  • Supervise the marketing and strategy team, including recruitment and retention.
  • Manage client account relationships and business development plans.
  • Build and maintain inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions.
  • Ensure compliance with state and CMS rules and regulations.
  • Oversee marketing tracking systems and the intake process.
  • Facilitate business growth by working with clients and business partners.
  • Drive prospects and identify new customers and markets.
  • Prepare proposals and develop approaches to the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing/leadership in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong background in client services and relationship management.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience required.
  • Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
