About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at King Technology, Inc. (KTI) is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's business goals. The CMO will oversee brand and channel management, product life cycle processes, and lead a high-performing marketing team. This position is integral to enhancing KTI's market position and driving growth, while also being a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company's business goals and drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Organize and develop a high-performing marketing team aligned with core values and enterprise-minded objectives.
  • Manage KTI brands and leverage new trends and technologies to maintain industry leadership.
  • Develop channel management strategies utilizing Brick and Mortar, OEM, and E-Commerce platforms.
  • Oversee total Product Life Cycle management of KTI products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive market positioning and customer engagement.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns that produce meaningful results and analyze their effectiveness using modern tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events to develop partner relationships and gain market insights.
  • Participate as a member of the ELT to set strategic business initiatives and drive growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 15 years of marketing experience, including Brand Management, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing & Analytics, Creative, and Customer Experience/Engagement.
  • Significant senior leadership experience required.
  • Visionary and strategic thinker capable of leading brand and marketing transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize marketing processes and systems to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) exposure a plus.
