The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at DLP Capital is a pivotal role responsible for enhancing the company's brand and expanding its audience, which directly contributes to revenue growth. In this role, the CMO will fully implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, which includes targeted data analysis, campaign creation, implementation, and performance tracking. The CMO will own the DLP Capital brand, managing its messaging, voice, and creative aspects across all marketing, events, and communication materials. This position also involves leading the positioning of DLP as an expert in impact investment and affordable workforce housing, while driving sales enablement for lending and capital raising teams. The CMO will be responsible for building and leading the marketing team, ensuring alignment and accountability on key projects, and obsessively focusing on client engagement through both internal and external marketing efforts. This includes promoting investor and client benefits to enhance retention and drive revenue. The CMO will oversee marketing data analytics, manage the marketing technology stack, and ensure effective budget management, including the completion of the annual marketing budget and content calendar. Additionally, the CMO will oversee DLP's online and offline presence, lead generation strategies, and the development of nurture campaigns. The role requires a proactive approach to challenges, with a focus on making a significant impact in the communities served by DLP Capital. The CMO will also be deeply involved in tracking leads through the CRM system, ensuring that all marketing efforts contribute to the company's overarching goals of transforming lives and building thriving communities.
