About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Arcoro is responsible for defining and executing the company's global marketing strategy to drive growth, elevate brand visibility, and enhance market penetration. This role involves leading a high-performing marketing team and collaborating with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with the company's business objectives, ultimately contributing to the transformation of HR for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that increase market share, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Lead the development and evolution of Arcoro's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and design across all platforms.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and website optimization to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop marketing campaigns that align with product launches and new feature rollouts, ensuring strong market positioning.
  • Implement programs that drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline, focusing on target industries such as construction and skilled trades.
  • Analyze customer and market trends to inform strategies, ensuring the company is responsive to changes in demand and competitive landscapes.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support sales goals, creating marketing collateral, case studies, and tools that enhance sales performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with Arcoro's overall mission and values.
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI, efficiently allocating resources to initiatives that support growth objectives.
  • Oversee PR efforts, media relations, and internal communications to promote the brand and ensure consistent external messaging.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or relevant field
  • 7 years of proven work experience in a head of Marketing or another senior role
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Showpad, Outreach, Churnzero
  • Knowledge of the construction and trades industries
  • Familiarity with the HCM software market and its unique challenges
