About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at NewGround is a pivotal leadership role responsible for advancing the company's marketing strategies and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This position involves leading marketing efforts, managing strategic partnerships, and ensuring that the company's brand is effectively communicated and represented in the market. The CMO will work closely with the executive leadership team to create and implement corporate growth strategies, while also overseeing the marketing department's budget and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Participate with the executive leadership team creating and implementing corporate growth strategies.
  • Lead and inspire marketing and strategic partnerships.
  • Sculpt and manage visionary marketing and business development strategies, aligned with our corporate growth objectives.
  • Curate and oversee departmental budget.
  • Engineer lead generation initiatives through a blend of internal resources and targeted digital advertising campaigns.
  • Cultivate the NewGround brand, amplifying its prominence.
  • Craft and refine departmental presentation content, aligning it with NewGround's brand narrative.
  • Forge a strategic alliance marketing blueprint, identifying and nurturing partnerships across diverse sectors.
  • Take center stage at national and international trade shows, embodying the company's brand.
  • Structure a corporate speaking strategy, involving NewGround's subject matter experts in global events.
  • Design and implement presentation training programs for internal resources, fostering skill enhancement.
  • Supervise dynamic proposal, RFP, and Strategic Alliance document creation.
  • Guide corporate communications and white paper origination.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team, offering support tailored to their identified targets and real-time sales requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of five years excelling in strategic senior management roles.
  • Minimum of three years of proven professional marketing leadership experience.
