About the position

The Marketing Manager at Big Auto Accident Attorneys will play a pivotal role in establishing and achieving the overall marketing goals and objectives of the firm. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the preparation and management of the marketing budget, overseeing content and creative development from various media-related vendors, and coordinating and executing all current special events. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be tasked with developing and implementing new events that align with the firm's strategic plan, ensuring that all marketing efforts are cohesive and effective in promoting the firm's services. The role requires executing media buys for television ad campaigns, billboards, and other appropriate venues, ensuring that the firm's message reaches the target audience effectively. The Marketing Manager will also manage the public relations company responsible for all media relations, press releases, interviews, and events, thereby enhancing the firm's visibility and reputation in the community. Research and analysis are critical components of this position, as the Marketing Manager will engage in gathering data for strategic planning, firm positioning, and business development activities. This includes assisting the creative team with TV commercial production, which involves creative brainstorming sessions, script writing, hiring talent, and coordinating with clients and firm attorneys for commercial appearances and testimonials. Furthermore, the Marketing Manager will oversee all graphic design work and projects, including content submissions for special publications, Constant Contact submissions, verdict and settlement submissions, and special events. Responsibilities

  • Execute media buys for television ad campaigns, billboards, and other venues as appropriate.
  • Manage the PR company for all media relations, press releases, interviews, and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • In-depth knowledge of and extensive experience with media relations.
  • Strong communication and consultation proficiency with excellent people skills.
