The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for leading, shaping, and executing the marketing strategy for the company in partnership with senior business leaders. This is a hands-on role that involves multi-channel campaigns in alignment with company strategy through social and other media formats, including brand building events and product campaigns. Critical success factors include leveraging data to inform actions, collaboration with business line leaders to deliver value-added campaigns to drive the company strategy, exhibiting leadership behaviors aligned to the company's guiding principles, effectively managing third-party relationships and strategic partnerships, and providing thought leadership on growth initiatives. The CMO will develop and execute a strategic vision for the organization's marketing initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and industry trends to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge. This includes defining and developing the marketing plan for the business, encompassing value proposition, positioning, segmentation, marketing mix, and aligning marketing execution across all geographies and market segments. The role also involves elevating the organization's brand visibility through brand perception metrics, targeted marketing campaigns, and effective public relations strategies while ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels. The CMO will execute a robust marketing strategy that drives adoption, generates revenue, and expands product utilization. Additionally, the CMO will direct all aspects of the Bank's marketing efforts, including advertising, product management, brand management, public and media relations, merchandising, and marketing research. Keeping up to date with privacy laws, data protection regulations, and ethical marketing practices is essential to ensure compliance and maintain consumer trust. The CMO will study and recommend new markets or customer segments for successful entry, develop tailored marketing strategies, and adapt communication messages to meet diverse customer needs. Furthermore, the CMO will develop pre- and post-merger integration communications in connection with all M&A deals.
