About the position

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at IBEX IT Business Experts is responsible for leading engagement and reputation programs to enhance brand awareness and influence customer preferences globally. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies, both online and offline, to create a consistent and recognizable global position for IBEX. The CMO will work closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, while also being a key figure in shaping the company's brand identity and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and govern the brand strategy, including corporate messaging and positioning.
  • Shape the brand identity for IBEX IT Business Experts, IBEX Ed, and Certifiably Diverse, creating brand and style guidelines.
  • Lead PR, media, and content agencies, building strong working relationships as a liaison.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to repurpose content across platforms and social media.
  • Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables, including newsletters and blogs.
  • Oversee management of all brand assets for the IBEX product portfolio, including managing vendors for collateral and marketing materials.
  • Facilitate brand and community engagement through relevant promotional materials.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Georgia.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in strategic brand marketing, online marketing programs, print marketing materials, and event marketing.
  • Results-oriented with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for crafting messages and ad copy.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex issues.
  • Experience in developing creative content aligned with brand strategy.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in technology, government, and healthcare markets.
  • Accountable experience for KPI tracking and reporting on marketing budgets and campaign performance.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to validate revenue opportunities with leadership.
  • Experience in eliciting cooperation from various stakeholders.
